The existing bathroom was stripped to start with a clean slate. A low threshold acrylic shower base was installed and a large custom niche was dressed with 12"x12" ceramic field tile and a random linear mosaic. The old shower valve and showerhead were set extremely low, resulting in poor ergonomics. The new shower valve and showerhead were raised to accommodate the homeowner. We also added a grab bar along the back wall. A euro style frameless sliding door with obscure glass finished off the shower. A new beech vanity, quartz top and china undermount sink with single handle faucet were installed. A travertine LVT floor was added along with a new comfort height toilet.
