5-Mile Kitchen Overhaul
$55,00 - 65,000
In this 1962 home we opened up the footprint of the kitchen by removing soffits, stretching cabinets into the dining room and adding a large island. Storage and counter space were a high priority. A small corner pantry was removed in favor of more counter space, and floor to ceiling cabinets were added across from the island. Maple cabinets featured plywood box construction, hardwood dovetailed drawers, and soft closing slides and hinges. Crema Chiffon quartz countertops were paired with a linear stone/glass mosaic backsplash. An undermount quartz double bowl sink, high arc faucet, and new garbage disposal were added as well. A new range hood was added to compliment the customer supplied refrigerator, wall oven, dishwasher and induction cooktop. The customer continued the red oak flooring into the kitchen to match the rest of the house.
